Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Babeyhair. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Babeyhair, including but not limited to, hair care services, consultations, workshops, online coaching, and digital products. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Babeyhair offers personalized hair care services tailored to the unique needs of curly hair, including:
• In-salon services at our London location
• Pop-up events across Europe
• Online curly hair coaching
• Workshops
• Standalone digital products (e.g., coaching materials, PDFs, videos)
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Appointment slots are subject to availability and may vary by location. For pop-up events, appointments are announced and opened for booking periodically.
3.2 Payments
Payment for services and digital products is either made via bank transfer or online checkout. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation or at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Right of Withdrawal for Online Coaching
4.1 Right of Withdrawal for Online Coaching (14-Day Period)
• Customers have the legal right to withdraw from an online coaching session within 14 days of booking, unless the service begins before this period expires.
• If the coaching session is scheduled within these 14 days, the customer must explicitly agree that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the session begins by checking the following box at checkout:
• “I expressly agree that the execution of the coaching session begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the session has started.”
• If a customer withdraws before the session has begun, they will receive a full refund.
• Once the session has started, no withdrawal and no refund are possible.
4.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Online Coaching (After the 14-Day Withdrawal Period)
If the customer is outside the 14-day withdrawal period, the following cancellation rules apply:
• Up to 48 hours before the appointment:
• Free rescheduling or credit towards a future session (no direct refund).
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment:
• No refunds are available.
• A one-time rescheduling to a new date may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
• Same-day cancellation / No-show:
• No refund & no rescheduling possible.
• Customers may reschedule up to two times for free. If a client repeatedly fails to attend or cancels last-minute, Babeyhair reserves the right to block them from future bookings.
5. Digital Products & Coaching Packages
5.1 Standalone Digital Products (Without Coaching)
• Digital products such as coaching materials, PDFs, or videos can be purchased separately without a coaching session.
• These are delivered immediately after purchase via a direct download link or email.
• No refunds or cancellations: By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal, as the product is delivered instantly.
• Before completing the purchase, the customer must check a box stating:
• “I expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as I gain access to the digital content.”
5.2 Digital Products as Part of a Coaching Package
• If a coaching package includes digital products, these will be provided only after the first coaching session has taken place.
• By purchasing a coaching package that includes digital products, the client agrees that access to digital materials is not immediate but granted after the coaching service begins.
• Once a digital product has been delivered as part of a coaching package, no refunds are possible.
6. Image Use & Content Rights
• During coaching sessions, workshops, or in-salon appointments, Babeyhair may take photos or videos for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
• Customers will be asked for explicit consent before any images are used publicly.
• If a customer agrees to be photographed or filmed, Babeyhair retains the right to use these materials across social media, website, or promotional materials.
• Customers who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform Babeyhair before the appointment.
7. Privacy Policy
Babeyhair respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Babeyhair website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Babeyhair and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
9. Liability
Babeyhair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Babeyhair reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
