Module 1: Consultation & expectations
Assess hair early, set realistic results, create safety for client and stylist. Consultation and hair analysis are the foundation for every cutting and styling decision.
Module 2: Cut logic & structure
Density, shrinkage, balance. The BabeyCurls Cut with clear logic.
Module 3: Wash, care & preparation
Cleansing and care that support the result. Wash & Go fundamentals.
Module 4: Styling, drying & finish
Wash & Go, controlled drying and a finish that works every time.
Module 5: Service design & practice
Services that fit your salon workflow and are profitable.
How the 2 days work
- Day 1: theory and hands-on work on mannequins
- Day 2: on live models, or more mannequin work if needed
- Live with Sandra Akim at your salon
- In DACH and the UK, other countries on request
- 6 weeks lead time, short notice down to 2 weeks on request

Which language?
German or English, depending on your team.
What does the salon provide?
Wash station and styling stations, models for day 2 (with our template) and catering. Travel and accommodation are covered by the salon.
What about models?
Models are always planned in. We choose them together based on what you want to learn. Only if your team doesn't feel confident enough yet, day 2 stays on the mannequin.
How many can join?
1 to 6 stylists. 1:1 on request.
How far in advance should we book?
6 weeks ahead. Short notice down to 2 weeks on request. Full terms come with your quote.
How does applying work?
Through the form above. Sandra reviews every application personally and gets back to you within 5 working days with a quote.
How does payment work?
By invoice. You receive the quote and booking terms after your application.
