Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the following statutory rights. They apply in addition to our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions (babeyhair.com/pages/terms-and-conditions).

1. Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online (online coaching, Inner Circle services, online-booked appointments) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (our booking confirmation or your order).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Babeyhair Ltd, Unit A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, contact@babeyhair.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If you requested that we begin a service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided at the time you withdraw.

3. When the right of withdrawal ends early
- Services (e.g. online coaching, appointments): your right of withdrawal ends when we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly agreed that we start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
- Digital content (e.g. e-books, guides as downloads): your right of withdrawal ends when the download is made available, provided you expressly agreed to this before purchase and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you by email.

5. Cancellation after the withdrawal period
