Yes. Your first appointment is always the New Client Experience (Standard or VIP). Kids start with the Little Babey Experience.

This also applies if you've been to me before at a different salon.

The New Client Experience always includes a cut. How much, we decide together before cutting, based on what your hair needs.

Please only book if you're open to losing some length. Don't want a cut? Start with the Online Coaching.

Everyone with natural hair: waves, curls and coils. Every gender, every age, kids from 4 years.

Companions or pets only by prior arrangement, please.

Every booking is a request first. Your appointment is booked once I confirm it by email, and fixed once your deposit arrives.

You send your request through the booking system. Within 48 hours you'll get an email with:

• your confirmation and the bank details for your deposit, or
• an alternative suggestion, or
• info about the waitlist.

Please check your spam folder too.

A 30% deposit by bank transfer within 24 hours secures your appointment. You pay the rest in cash on the day or by bank transfer in advance.

Dates come in waves: appointments only open during active pop-ups, and they go fast. The best way to get one: join the newsletter. For Hamburg there's also the Hamburg Priority list on How to book.

Fixed reservations in advance aren't possible, sorry.

Yes, for the Online Coaching. You'll get a personal voucher by email, valid for 3 years. Get the voucher

Up to 7 days before your appointment you can cancel yourself via the link in your confirmation email. After that, only by email to booking@babeyhair.com.

Depending on the timing, fees may apply. All details are in the cancellation policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal is here.

Please let me know as early as possible. With a doctor's note there's no further fee, only your deposit stays with me.

If you'd still like to come, please wear a mask.

From 15 minutes late, I charge €15. From 30 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and counts as a short-notice cancellation.

Dates aren't fixed. Hamburg is the city I come back to most, plus Berlin, Munich and other cities. London is coming back soon.

New dates go to the newsletter first, then Instagram.

Yes. In the Online Coaching we work 1:1 via Google Meet, in English or German. Or start with my Curl Guides.

Yes, before and after photos for your client file. I only show them on the website or social media if you've agreed.

Not available at the moment: colour and bleaching, silk press, protective styles like box braids or cornrows, twist-outs.
