Cancellation Policy
Our pop-ups only run for a few days per city, and every slot is planned for you. Please read this before you book.
Deposit & payment
- 30% deposit by bank transfer within 24 hours of your confirmation.
- Remaining balance in cash on the day or by bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation fees

How to cancel
- Up to 7 days before: yourself, via the link in your confirmation email.
- Less than 7 days before: only by email to booking@babeyhair.com. If the fee is higher than your deposit, we invoice the difference (payable within 14 days).
Lateness
- 15 minutes or more: €15 late fee.
- 30 minutes or more: the appointment may be cancelled and counts as a cancellation less than 48 hours before.
Good to know 💜
- Credit instead of refund: cancel more than 7 days before and keep 100% as Babeyhair credit (valid 3 years, transferable, also for online coaching & guides).
- Illness with a doctor's note: only your deposit is retained, no further fee.
- Rebooked slot: if we can give your slot to someone else, we reduce or waive the fee.
- If we cancel: full refund or a new appointment.
