As a new client, you can only book a New Client Experience or a Care Service. This structure is in place to ensure you receive the right level of care from the very first appointment.

If you want a haircut, you must book one of our New Client Experience packages (Light, Plus, or VIP). This unlocks access to our Regular Services, where a cut is always included.

If you don’t need a cut, you can book a Care Service, which focuses on hydration, definition, and overall curl health—without a haircut.

This personalised approach allows us to fully understand your hair and set you up for long-term success.

We announce our pop-ups via our newsletter, flyers on Instagram and on our website. Once these announcements are made, appointment slots become available, and you can request a booking through our booking page.

Due to high demand, you need to request one appointment time but must provide your availabilities. This helps us accommodate as many clients as possible, as many people often request the same time slots. Appointments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that while time slots may appear available, it is important to provide multiple availabilities to increase your chances of securing an appointment. Your appointment may not be exactly at the requested time, as we strive to fit everyone in based on their availabilities.

On our booking page, you will find all our locations. When appointments become available for any city, they will be unlocked here and can be requested directly.

If your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If none of your requested times are available and you have opted to be added to the waiting list, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list based on the availabilities you provided.

In the booking form, you can opt to be added to our waiting list if your requested appointment time is unavailable. This ensures that you are on standby for any available slots that may arise.
