HOW TO BOOK
Booking with us is a little different. A short overview will help you to secure your appointment.
No appointments visible?
Babeyhair works with an exclusive pop-up system.
We are not based in one permanent location.
Instead, we regularly bring our services to Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, and other cities across Germany.
Selected appointments also take place in London.
Appointments are only released during active pop-ups.
If you can’t find a suitable slot right now, it’s usually because:
- there is currently no pop-up running in your city, or
- the pop-up period is already fully booked.
Step 1: Be the first to know when appointments are available
Subscribe to the newsletter (highly recommended)
Our appointments are not permanently online. They are limited, go live and disappear again. The newsletter is the most reliable way to secure a Babeyhair appointment.
Through the newsletter, you’ll find out:
- when new pop-ups are announced
- which cities will be available
- when booking opens

Follow us on Instagram
Once newsletter subscribers are informed, we also share appointment flyers and updates on Instagram.
Instagram is helpful for:
- last-minute updates
- reminders & behind-the-scenes insights
- backup in case emails land in spam

If a pop-up has already been announced, you can additionally join the waitlist.
Important:
- The waitlist is always specific to one city and one pop-up period
- It is not a permanent registration

Step 2: How booking works at Babeyhair
All appointments are handled via booking request, not instant booking.
Booking process
- Submit a request via the booking system
- We review availability and service fit
- Within up to 48 hours, you’ll receive an email with:
- a confirmed appointment incl. payment link, or
- alternative suggestions, or
- information about the waitlist
Please note
- Always check your spam folder
- Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid
- If the deposit is not received within the given timeframe, we reserve the right to release the slot again
Waitlist – join now
The waitlist is only active if a pop-up has been officially announced for your city (e.g. Hamburg, Berlin or Munich). It is not permanent and closes after each pop-up.
Please only sign up if you are interested in that exact city and timeframe of an active pop-up.
As soon as slots become available or additional appointments open up, we’ll contact you via email.
