If you feel overwhelmed when caring for your child’s curly hair, especially if you’re unsure where to start, this service is for you. Whether you’re dealing with tangles, dryness, or simply don’t know which products are best, our tailored coaching approach will make it easier for you to care for your child’s curls. You can choose to have the coaching session online or, if preferred, in person (with an added fee for a haircut at a discounted rate).

After completing the Little Babey Coaching session, your child will be added to our client base, unlocking access to regular Junior and Kids Client Services for ongoing maintenance and care.

    For parents who prefer the flexibility of starting their child’s hair care journey from home, our online coaching is the ideal choice. This option is especially great for children who may have a hard time staying still for long periods, allowing you to take your time and go at your own pace while getting expert guidance on hair care techniques.

    Duration:     1.5 hours + 30-minute follow-up call

    For parents who prefer a more hands-on approach, the on-site coaching includes a full salon experience with a tailored haircut and styling. We recommend this for children who are comfortable with salon appointments and ready for a more structured session with a professional

    Please note that the coaching price for on-site sessions may vary based on location, and an adjusted service charge will apply for the haircut. Be sure to check the prices for the specific location when booking.

How to book!

Policies & Important Information  
Please make sure to read all policies before booking your appointment to ensure a smooth  experience. We want to ensure you’re fully prepared and understand the process. 

1. Deposit  
  •  A deposit is required for New Client Appointments to secure your appointment. 
  •  The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has bee received. Payment details will be sent in the confirmation email.

2. Client Preparation  
  •  Unless otherwise stated, all clients agree to arrive with washed, detangled, and air-dried hair. 
Please avoid using styling products, tight ponytails, buns, or twists.
If these guidelines are not followed,a €30 additional fee may apply, or the appointment may be cancelled. 
For services where washing is included, there is no need to arrive with pre-washed hair. 

3. Price Note  
  •  Most prices are starting prices. 
  •  Additional Charges: For appointments that exceed the regular time (e.g., extensive hair), an additional charge of €25 will apply for each extra half-hour. 

4. Cancellation Policy  
For New Clients (30% Deposit Required)  
  •  More than 72 hours before the appointment: 
Free cancellation. The 30% deposit will be refunded or credited towards a new  appointment. 
  •  48–72 hours before the appointment: 
The 30% deposit is retained but can be used for a new appointment. 
  •  Less than 48 hours or no-show: 
The 30% deposit is fully retained and cannot be used for a new booking. 
We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations. 

For Returning Clients (No Deposit, Payment On-Site)  
  •  More than 48 hours before the appointment: 
Cancellation is possible with notice. Frequent short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments. 
  •  Less than 48 hours or no-show: 
A 30% cancellation fee of the service price may be charged at the next appointment. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
