  •  If you want hydration and luxury care without a cut or coaching, our Care Services are for you. 
These high-end treatments focus on deep conditioning, moisture, and relaxation – without the need for coaching or a cut. 

  •  Regular Client Services are available only after completing a New Client Experience or an Online Coaching Session.

Our Regular Client Services are designed for those who have completed their New Client Experience or Online Coaching and are looking for ongoing maintenance, precision cuts, and expert care to keep their curls looking their best. These services offer profession upkeep tailored to your hair’s unique needs, ensuring your curls stay defined and healthy

Regular client services are only bookable after completed online coaching or new client services.

Policies & Important Information  
Please make sure to read all policies before booking your appointment to ensure a smooth  experience. We want to ensure you’re fully prepared and understand the process. 

1. Deposit  
  •  A deposit is required for New Client Appointments to secure your appointment. 
  •  The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has bee received. Payment details will be sent in the confirmation email.

2. Client Preparation  
  •  Unless otherwise stated, all clients agree to arrive with washed, detangled, and air-dried hair. 
Please avoid using styling products, tight ponytails, buns, or twists.
If these guidelines are not followed,a €30 additional fee may apply, or the appointment may be cancelled. 
For Babeycurls Care Services, there is no need to arrive with pre-washed hair. 

3. Price Note  
  •  Most prices are starting prices. 
  •  Additional Charges: For appointments that exceed the regular time (e.g., extensive hair), an additional charge of €25 will apply for each extra half-hour. 

4. Cancellation Policy  
For New Clients (30% Deposit Required)  
  •  More than 72 hours before the appointment: 
Free cancellation. The 30% deposit will be refunded or credited towards a new  appointment. 
  •  48–72 hours before the appointment: 
The 30% deposit is retained but can be used for a new appointment. 
  •  Less than 48 hours or no-show: 
The 30% deposit is fully retained and cannot be used for a new booking. 
We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations. 

For Returning Clients (No Deposit, Payment On-Site)  
  •  More than 48 hours before the appointment: 
Cancellation is possible with notice. Frequent short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments. 
  •  Less than 48 hours or no-show: 
A 30% cancellation fee of the service price may be charged at the next appointment. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
