Right of Withdrawal


1. Right of Withdrawal for Online Coaching


You have the right to withdraw from an online coaching booking within 14 days of purchase, unless the service begins before this period expires.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear cancellation request via email to contact@babeyhair.com. If your session has not yet begun, we will process a full refund.


Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Online Coaching


Your right of withdrawal expires early if:

You have explicitly agreed that the coaching session should take place within the 14-day withdrawal period.

The session has already started before the withdrawal period ends.


At checkout, customers must confirm:

“I expressly agree that the execution of the coaching session begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the session has started.”


If you withdraw before the session has begun, you will receive a full refund. If the session has already started, no refund is possible.


2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products


There is no right of withdrawal for digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.


By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

You will receive instant access to the content.

Your 14-day withdrawal right is waived at the time of purchase.


Before purchasing, customers must confirm:

“I expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as I gain access to the digital content.”


Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds or cancellations are possible.


3. No Right of Withdrawal for On-Site Services


The right of withdrawal does not apply to on-site services, including:

In-salon services at Babeyhair locations.

Pop-up event bookings across Europe.

On-site coaching or consultations.


For these services, only our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Customers may reschedule appointments within the allowed timeframe, but refunds are not possible after booking.


4. How to Request a Withdrawal


If your purchase qualifies for a withdrawal, please contact us at contact@babeyhair.com with your order details. We will process your request as soon as possible.
